The value for money was excellent, with a clean and homely room that had all the amenities one would need. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff made us feel extremely comfortable and even provided toys for our little one to play with.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more options.

What a cozy and warm place! The sofas and beds were really comfy, perfect for a romantic escape. The location was spot on, with a beautiful park just opposite the house. We enjoyed relaxing walks and picnics there. Plus, it was great to be close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore and find everything we needed. Another advantage was the excellent price, especially considering all the amenities provided. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer, just like being at home. We will definitely be returning!

The parking situation. It was quite challenging to find a spot close to the property, and the curbs made it difficult to park without potentially causing damage to the car.

The nearest airport was conveniently close. Winterbourne House and Garden was a delightful stroll away.

We had a wonderful stay at this urban 3-bedroom home. The backyard was lovely, providing a tranquil and private space to relax. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. Having two toilets, one of which was downstairs, was convenient. The front room area was large and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The convenience store nearby was a bonus, and the park opposite the property was a great place to take a stroll.

While there were many positive aspects to our stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. We found it challenging to find parking, as the kerb was high and my partner accidentally scraped his car.

We had a fantastic stay at the Urban 3 Bedroom Home in Kings Heath-Great Location. The house was extremely comfortable and cozy, and the bed was so comfortable that we had a great night's sleep. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the extra touches like toys for our little one to play with. The lady was very quick to resolve an issue with the key, showing great customer service. The location was perfect for our visit to Cadbury's World, and there was a lovely park just across the road. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with lovely floral wallpaper and beautiful antique furniture. The general areas of the hotel were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. I especially appreciated the elevator, which made it convenient for me to access all areas of the hotel without having to climb stairs.

I would have liked to see more staff available to assist senior guests like myself. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have someone more experienced on hand to provide additional assistance or answer any questions that older guests may have.

We stayed at the Urban 3 Bedroom Home In Kings Heath for one night to visit Cadbury's World and it was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was nice. The living room and bedrooms were cozy and inviting. The property was very clean and the bedding was soft. The location was great, with a park opposite. It was also convenient for visiting family in Small Heath. The host, Ayti, made sure we had everything we needed and even had toys for our little one. a very pleasant stay.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
